Why Use a Coach
The goal of most leaders is to get people to think more highly of them. The goal of a great leader is to help people to think more highly of themselves.
Managing a business isn’t getting easier; leading people even harder. And not to mention, expectations – your boss, your peers, and your employees. The pace of change can seem daunting, even relentless at times.
Why shouldn’t you get support to navigate the challenges and opportunities of modern business?
Many of today’s progressive leaders leverage a business coach. In fact, scores of Silicon Valley’s most successful executives (think Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, Larry Page) have tapped into a coach or mentor at some point. There’s also plenty of evidence to suggest that the majority of accomplished business people in Australia have, or had worked with, a business coach.
Personally, I have a coach. And, I believe it is an absolute necessity. Why? Because it keeps me focused, challenged and accountable to push myself and be my best.
Why you too, should have a business coach and mentor
